Panel: Aligning product vision with GTM: Working with sales, marketing, and the board
The handoff between product and go-to-market is where strategy goes to die. Built for the pressure: Helping product teams do hard things better
The pressure on product organizations is changing. Grow faster. Ship faster. Become AI-native. Protect retention. Support the enterprise. Do more with less. At the same time, product executives are being asked to step beyond traditional product leadership and become true business operators. As we move closer to the business, we also sit directly in the path of that pressure and become responsible for how it travels through our organizations. Our job isn't to shield teams from hard things, but it also isn't to simply pass the pressure down. Great product leaders translate business pressure into clarity, make the tradeoffs their teams need them to make, and create the conditions for people to do difficult, meaningful work without carrying unnecessary organizational weight. This keynote will explore the product leader's role as that translator and how we can build teams capable of doing hard things better, without losing sight of the humans doing the work.
