McKay
Chief Product Officer
Autogen AI
Áine McKay is Chief Product Officer at AutogenAI and Co-Founder of The Clubhouse, bringing a strong background in product leadership, digital delivery and building technology businesses. At AutogenAI, Áine leads product strategy and development for an AI platform focused on helping organisations transform the way they manage bids, proposals and RFPs. She joined AutogenAI in 2023 as Head of Product before becoming Chief Product Officer in January 2025. Her work has included shaping the company's evolution from AI-powered proposal writing towards a more connected, end-to-end workflow for capture and proposal teams. Áine's product philosophy centres on using AI where it creates genuine value while preserving the human expertise and judgement that are critical to winning complex bids. She has been closely involved in developing solutions that help teams extract requirements, structure proposals, collaborate, write and review content, and maintain compliance across increasingly complex procurement processes. Alongside her role at AutogenAI, Áine is Co-Founder of The Clubhouse, a golf-focused technology venture she has helped build since 2020.

Interactive roundtable discussions: The conversations you can't have inside your own building
This session puts attendees into small, host-led groups to work through the problems that are genuinely difficult to raise internally, either because nobody knows the answer, or because saying it out loud in your own organisation has consequences. Each table is facilitated by a product leader who has lived the topic. No slides, no recording, Chatham House rules. Delegates choose their table on arrival. Tables run in parallel; each host opens with a five-minute provocation and then gets out of the way. You will leave with other people's actual answers and their contact details, which is not the same thing as leaving with a framework. Table topics: - Cutting the product org: reducing headcount without losing the institutional knowledge you can't rehire - The CPO–CEO relationship when the CEO has strong AI opinions and thin product context - Pricing an AI product when you can't reliably forecast what it costs you to run - Hiring and levelling the 'builder PM' - what does the job description actually say now? - Buy, build or acquire: what CPOs holding an AI budget are learning the hard way
