Interactive roundtable discussions: The conversations you can't have inside your own building
This session puts attendees into small, host-led groups to work through the problems that are genuinely difficult to raise internally, either because nobody knows the answer, or because saying it out loud in your own organisation has consequences. Each table is facilitated by a product leader who has lived the topic. No slides, no recording, Chatham House rules. Delegates choose their table on arrival. Tables run in parallel; each host opens with a five-minute provocation and then gets out of the way. You will leave with other people's actual answers and their contact details, which is not the same thing as leaving with a framework. Table topics: - Cutting the product org: reducing headcount without losing the institutional knowledge you can't rehire - The CPO–CEO relationship when the CEO has strong AI opinions and thin product context - Pricing an AI product when you can't reliably forecast what it costs you to run - Hiring and levelling the 'builder PM' - what does the job description actually say now? - Buy, build or acquire: what CPOs holding an AI budget are learning the hard way
