Christian is a product leader with 20+ years of experience driving innovation across enterprise and consumer markets. He has shaped companies like CareerBuilder and Merrill Corporation and worked with clients such as Microsoft, Starbucks, and Squarespace. At CareerBuilder, he founded the CareerBuilder Institute, creating a new revenue stream. As VP of Enterprise Product at Snagajob, he launched ReadyHire. He later led B2B product strategy at IdentityForce before founding Firtsi, a consulting firm that has guided 120+ product launches. As Global Head of Product at Merrill Corporation, he built the company’s product team and led the industry’s first SaaS app for due diligence in finance. Now a Partner at SVPG, Christian co-authored Transformed, hosts Product Therapy, and teaches at VCU. He also mentors student-led startups and founded Innovate Africa Foundation and Inspire Africa Conference to support African entrepreneurs. He holds a BA from Emory and an MBA/MPM from Keller.
