Luca leads product at Cross River, an innovative FinTech bank powering money movement and lending for companies like Stripe, Coinbase, Revolut, and Plaid. He specializes in growth, transformation, turnaround, and post-merger integration. With experience in both startups and large organizations, Luca was the first hire at Oasis Labs, where he helped build a privacy layer for AI, raised $45M, and scaled the platform to a $2B smart contract ecosystem. His career spans building B2B products at Google, launching new initiatives at American Express, and consumer products at P&G. Luca also bootstrapped an advertising agency to $1M in revenue. An active angel investor, Luca has backed over 20 companies, including AtoB, Decisionly, Gumroad, and Spot2, focusing on founders tackling complex markets. He aids in problem definition, scaling from zero-to-one, and providing valuable industry connections. Luca holds an engineering degree and an MBA from UC Berkeley, where he founded Berkeley StEP, a pre-accelerator that has helped launch 150+ startups.
