Michelle Parsons is a proven product leader with extensive experience driving growth and innovation at top tech companies. As Chief Product Officer at Hinge, she scaled the company from 80 to 300 employees, tripled revenue to over $300 million, and led product, design, and research teams across Growth, Core Experience, Recommendations, and Trust & Safety.
Before Hinge, Michelle led Product Innovation for Global Kids & Family at Netflix and contributed to Spotify’s Personalization group, improving the recommendations powering its platform. At KAYAK, she served as Head of Product for Hotels, driving strategy and execution for its hotel search and booking products.
As the first Executive in Residence at Product School, Michelle revamped the Product Leadership Certification curriculum, empowering aspiring product leaders. Today, she is Chief Product & Technology Officer at Lex, a social startup for the LGBTQ+ community recently acquired by 9Count, founded by the former co-founder and CEO of Musical.ly/TikTok.
Michelle played a key role in this acquisition and continues to advise startups and early-stage companies, leveraging her expertise to develop and launch successful product offerings.
