Penelope Madry is a Vice President of Digital Product Management for Global Accounts Receivable – US in the Technology organization at American Express. Her team of skilled Product Managers and Owners design and deliver critical capabilities that enable Amex customers to understand their account activity whether online, in the app or on a bill, and to maintain and change their account information, and so much more. Penelope is motivated by giving customers the best possible experience, she succeeds in solving complex problems with data, imagination, and empathy. Bringing 20 years of experience, Penelope has held roles spanning the financial services and non-profit worlds, including organizations like Advent Software, Thomson Reuters, and TNTP. Penelope has a BA from Scripps College, a Master’s from NYU Wagner, and enjoys exercising, reading, and cooking with her husband and son in Port Washington, New York.
