Alpa Lally is the General Manager of the RKT Holdings. In this role, she oversees the Rocket Mortgage Product and Design team as well as the tech-driven real estate company Rocket Homes, which focuses on providing the best experience to clients who are interacting with Rocket through its digital products. This includes Rocket Companies’ many web properties and mobile apps to ensure homebuyers have a consistent experience and a smooth transition when working with sister companies Rocket Homes and Rocket Mortgage. Prior to joining Rocket, Alpa led multiple product-focused teams for Experian. Over the course of 10 years, she was a Project Manager, Director of Product Management in Prospecting, VP of Global Strategy, VP of API Center of Excellence and VP of Product Management at Experian. In her VP of Product Management role, Alpa was responsible for the company’s core and alternative data assets to drive new product innovation, including credit scoring models and tools. Before her time at Experian, Alpa held roles as a Project Engineer at IBI Group, an Engineering Designer at Stantec Consulting and a Project Manager at MMP Engineering.
