Birkan Icacan is VP of Product at Enterpret, where he leads product strategy for the customer intelligence platform. His career in tech spans over a decade of product management experience across Google, Stripe, and Notion, but it started in an unexpected place: as a customer support agent at Google, working with advertisers on Google Ads. That early experience on the front lines—hearing directly from customers about their challenges every single day—shaped his entire career trajectory. Birkan went on to spend 10+ years in product management at Google, leading third-party integrations with enterprise apps like Salesforce, SAP, and Microsoft in Google Workspace, then spending five years leading collaboration experiences for Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. He later joined Stripe's Dashboard team before spending three years at Notion as Head of Enterprise Product, leading the company's upmarket expansion from prosumer to enterprise. Now at Enterpret, Birkan's career has come full circle. He's building products that help companies understand customer feedback at scale—serving the very audiences he's lived as: product managers and CX teams. Having walked in both sets of shoes, he brings a unique perspective to helping teams turn overwhelming feedback into strategic clarity. His work is grounded in a simple belief: the most powerful insights come from listening, and the best products make that listening process scalable and impactful for everyone.
