Phillip Lan is VP of Product & Partnerships at Cognisen, where he works at the intersection of product, partnerships, and artificial intelligence. He previously founded and served as CEO of Bay Valley Tech, a workforce development organisation focused on building diverse digital talent pipelines, and now serves as a Board Advisor. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Phillip brings extensive experience across technology, product, business development, partnerships, and workforce development. He holds an MBA in Computer Information Systems from California State University, East Bay and UC Davis.
