At HP, he led the creation of the Workforce Experience Platform—from concept to $47M ARR—and played pivotal roles in scaling TechPulse and launching ActiveCare, which generated over $150M. His journey at HP spans marketing in the EU to AI-focused product leadership in the US. Outside of HP, Marc runs Blue Lemons, where he’s built and sold multiple software products, including a six-figure app acquisition. He brings a builder’s mindset and deep product intuition to every challenge.
